This site isn’t here so you watch more movies. It’s here so that, on the day you do, it’s a good one and right for their age.
- 0–2 yearsNo screens. (WHO)
- 3–6 yearsBest avoided; Spanish paediatricians only see family video calls as reasonable. (AEP)
- 7–12 yearsLess than an hour a day, counting school and homework, and preferably together. (AEP)
Three ideas that do help
- Two short sittings rather than one long one.
- Watch together: talking about it afterwards helps them understand it.
- Keep screens away from meals and the bedroom.

Made with AI, explained in plain words
- AI suggests each movie’s age and we check it against a list made by hand by a parent.
- An AI draws the illustrations; we pick the good ones by hand and discard the rest.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, no accounts. We don’t know who you are and we don’t want to.
